I’ve been a fan and user of Foursquare since they started at SXSW many years ago (ok, 4 years ago).

They’ve deemed today to be 4sqDay day (4/16…get it?).

This year they’ve introduced a fun little visualization of your past years checkins. Just go to https://foursquare.com/visualizeme and log in to see what you’ve been up to since the last Foursquare day.

Wow that is a lot of data!

I love that you can sort by timeframe (as seen above) or via category.

Of course I’ve been to a ton of shows:

But, many venues I attend shows at are labeled as bars, hence the high number of bar checkins (at least that is what I am telling myself):

My biggest category by far is restaurants though. Before getting married, I spent a lot of time eating out:

I am proud that my travel category is as filled out as it is. I didn’t feel like I traveled much last year, but this is proving otherwise. My goal next year is for this category to be bigger:
