About a week ago my roommate, Patty, came home from Target with a new water bottle. She told me that I should go to Target and get one and then blog about it, because it is that great. I didn’t believe her, but when I found myself at Target last night, I couldn’t help but track down this new water bottle and buy one for myself.

Yes, it has been less than 24 hours with my new water bottle, but I already love it! The thing that makes this Groove CamelBak water bottle so awesome is that it has a built in filtration system. It filters water as you drink! I used to carry around bottled waters because I really hate drinking metallic, or other bad tasting water, but now it doesn’t matter where I fill the bottle from because the water will be filtered.

Another perk of the Groove water bottle is the big bite valve. I have no idea how it works, but CamelBak claims that their valve increases water consumption by 24%! While I am not sure if I have been drinking 24% more water, I definitely have drank more water in the last 24 hours than I normally do.

Only downside to this latest obsession? More trips to the bathroom. But that’s a small price to pay for being healthy!
