Last month I was so excited about my fix! I kept 3 of the 5 items and absolutely loved what my stylist selected for me. As I stated, I had just learned that you can select to have the same stylist, so of course I requested her again! We just connected on another level, and I was really looking forward to what she could pick out for me the second time around. Unfortunately she wasn’t available, so I had a new stylist. I have to say, I was a little underwhelmed with the items I received this month.
What Was in Stitch Fix Box Number 11:
Marlyn Sciff – Nanette Pave Circle Pendant Necklace
Eclair – Leo Contrast Trim Blouse
Market and Spruce – Yuna Chevron Pointelle Knit Sweater
Coffeeshop – Iona Houndstooth Coat
Olive and Oak – Rafie Chiffon Layer Sweater
What I am Returning:
Eclair – Leo Contrast Trim Blouse
Too boxy! These shirts are just not for me. And what was up with the sleeves? Not cute. Too big. Overall, just not for me.
Market and Spruce – Yuna Chevron Pointelle Knit Sweater
I felt like a Christmas tree wearing this sweater. The color just wasn’t one I normally gravitate toward and the style left more to be desired. There is nothing to this sweater and it is just not my style at all.
Coffeeshop – Iona Houndstooth Coat
This coat had SO much potential! When I pulled it out of the box I really loved the look of the fabric, but the interior material is LOUD. Seemed like foil on my skin. I was also a bit unsure about the flair at the bottom of this jacket.
Olive and Oak – Rafie Chiffon Layer Sweater
Again, this shirt had SO much potential, but it just didn’t live up to it. I liked that it was different textures, slightly different colors and materials, but the bottom layer was *too* tight. It hugged my hips awkwardly and while I liked the idea of the layers it was really hard to see the layers since they were black.
My Faves, aka What I am Keeping:
Marlyn Sciff – Nanette Pave Circle Pendant Necklace
I love how delicate and sparkly this necklace is. That’s really all there is to say (and you can tell by the fact that I wore it in all of the photos above).
This time there really wasn’t anything that I had to re-try on and contemplate if I wanted it or not, but I’m really looking forward to my next fix and hopefully the woman that did Stitch Fix 10 for me will be able to style me again!
